1. Participation Period: Participants must be available to actively participate from August 12 to September 13.
2. Franchise Agreement: If successful in earning the franchise, participants must be willing to sign the Franchise Agreement and be prepared to open for business by October 1.
3. Unsuccessful Participants: If participants do not successfully earn the franchise, there may still be an option to purchase a franchise depending on our standard qualification process.
4. System Access: Access to Sheenco Travel’s systems and support will be granted exclusively for the participation period. All access will be revoked upon completion of the program.
5. Brand Association: After the completion of the program, participants who did not earn a franchise will not be allowed to sell Sheenco Travel products or associate with the Sheenco brand in any way.
6. Eligibility: This opportunity is open to individuals who meet Sheenco Travel’s standard eligibility criteria.
7. Compliance: Participants must comply with all Sheenco Travel guidelines and policies during the participation period.
8. No Guarantee: Participation in this program does not guarantee the awarding of a franchise. Success is determined by the participant’s ability to sell a qualifying trip as specified.
9. Non-Transferable: This opportunity is non-transferable and is only available to the individual who has been granted access.
10. Termination: Sheenco Travel reserves the right to terminate participation for any individual who does not comply with the terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the brand.
11. Final Decision: All decisions made by Sheenco Travel regarding the awarding of the franchise are final and binding.
12. Confidentiality: Participants must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information accessed during the participation period. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of access and disqualification from the program.
13. Use of Materials: All materials, training content, and systems provided are for the sole purpose of this program and cannot be used for any other purposes.
14. Data Protection: Participants must comply with data protection laws and Sheenco Travel’s data protection policies when handling client information.
15. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sheenco Travel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the program.
16. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from this program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
17. Modifications: Sheenco Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
18. No Employment Relationship: Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship between the participant and Sheenco Travel. Participants act as independent contractors.
19. Feedback and Monitoring: Sheenco Travel may request feedback from participants and monitor their activities for quality and compliance purposes.
20. Genuine Sale Requirement: The sale of the qualifying trip must be genuine and cannot be a purchase made by a member of your immediate family. Any such purchases will be disqualified.
21. Limited Availability: Participation is limited to a select number of individuals. Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
22. Review of Pricing and Itineraries: All pricing and itineraries must be reviewed and approved by a member of Sheenco Travel corporate before being presented to clients.
