How it Works
QUALIFY
Our 12-step qualification process ensures that a Sheenco Travel Franchise is right for you, & that you are a good fit for our team. Step 1 is to receive more information:
TRAIN
Once on board, your six week Sheenco Training Program can begin. This online program trains you in the destinations & software you’ll use to customize beautiful itineraries for your guests.
EARN
As soon as you have completed the training you can start planning itineraries for your guests & booking trips. 50% of your total commission is paid at the time of booking so you can start earning straight away.
What You Get
Luxury Destination Management Company Services
Once you have sold a custom trip to your guest, our team in Ireland will handle everything from the point of sale onwards.
This includes taking payments, handling queries, refining and booking every aspect of the trip and ensuring your guests have an amazing experience.
Our concierge department will be on hand to schedule extra activities and recommended restaurants in the run up to their trip and there is a 24 hour support service to ensure all emergencies are handled by our team on the ground.
Training & Support
You will have a complete and robust online training program complete with an arsenal of tools to ensure your ongoing success.
You will also have a business development manager who will offer one to one calls to check in with you and ensure you are on track with your personal business goals.
Regular online team meetings with other franchisees will ensure you feel the camaraderie of being part of an extended network and our Irish team will be available for ongoing support on a daily basis.
Familiarization Trip
You will attend an annual familiarization trip, where you will get to experience our incredible luxury travel products first hand.
With a minimum of 4 nights spent on location in one of our unique destinations your first familiarization trip is included in your initial Franchise Fee. We also offer complimentary places on our familiarization trips as incentives for hitting certain sales target.
Exclusive Bespoke Software
Our state of the art customized software allows you to easily create and present luxury bespoke trips to your clients with the minimum of effort.
Personalized Webpage
You will have a full page on our website dedicated to your services allowing your clients to get to know you better and contact you directly.
Marketing Collateral
You will be provided with a range of quality marketing collateral to ensure you present a professional image to your guests.
